Helping the hospital to care for the community
Darent Valley Hospital is an award winning hospital. With the help of your donations we aim to continue to help make it even better. Darent Valley Hospital Charitable Funds is the independent registered charity (no. 1050861) which supports the work of this NHS Trust.
Whilst NHS funds ensure that Darent Valley Hospital provides an excellent service, there is always a need for additional income to purchase state of the art equipment and facilities.
There are many ways to help the Charitable Fund in its work, and more information can be found on this website. You may choose to make a regular or one off donation, support one of our appeals, take part in fundraising events on our behalf, or leave a legacy.
Your efforts, support and donations make a huge difference for patients; improving the hospital environment, buying state of the art medical equipment, funding research and teaching and helping us to go way beyond the NHS standard.
The hospital has many special appeals which you can read about by going to the links on the left. If you wish to make a donation you may prefer to leave it to our Charity Management Board to decide where best your donation should be spent for the benefit of our patients. We are so very grateful for any donation received.
