In Memory

Like all NHS Trusts, Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust works hard to supplement its NHS budget through charitable means. By supporting Valley Hospital Charity (Reg Charity No. 1050861) through a donation, regular giving, or a gift bequeathed in your Will we can ensure that we can fund the latest equipment to ensure top quality care to our patients. Please support your hospital in either of the following ways:

Donate online

You can donate by clicking on any of the button above: if your donation is for a special appeal, or an event or in memory please mention this in the message box.

Direct Debit

Regular giving allows us to plan more effectively. If you would like to make a regular gift you can set up a monthly direct debit online by clicking on the link below. If you would prefer a different amount than stated below please call 01322 428256 or email dgn-tr.fundraising@nhe.net

By post

You can simply send a cheque, Postal Order or CAF voucher made payable to ‘Valley Hospital Charity’ and posted it to: Fundraising & Voluntary Services, Darent Valley Hospital, Darenth Wood Road, Dartford, Kent DA2 8DA.  Please remember to provide your name and address, so an acknowledgement can be sent.

Sponsor a brick - Valley Walk of Life

Make a lasting impression on the Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust fundraising appeal with a donation and have your name and message (or that of a friend or loved one) remembered forever in "The Valley Walk of Life".

Once you have taken care of your loved ones, please think remembering the Hospital who cared for you in your Will. To find out more about leaving a Legacy to Valley Hospital Charity (Reg Charity No. 1050861) to support the work of Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust please call 01322 428256 or email dgn-tr.fundraising@nhs.net

In memoriam

Many families chose to remember the loss of a loved one by requesting donations to the Hospital in lieu of flowers.  Please remember to include your name and address and the name of the person who is being remembered.  A Tribute Fund can be set up in memory of someone dear to benefit your chosen ward/department/special appeals or our General Charity Fund – if you would like to discuss this further please contact 01322 428256.  If you would like to set a memory fund online please click on the "create a memory button" above.

A fund can also be set up for any special occasion, birthday, anniversary or to celebrate a birth of a baby.

If you are a UK tax payer, at no cost to you, we are able to recover a further 25p for every £1 you donate. We will automatically send you a form to ask if we may collect Gift Aid but please ignore if this does not apply to you.
