About me

I joined the Trust in April 2008. I am a specialist in Haematology and Haemato-oncology. I offer specialist advice and consultancy on matters related to anemias, abnormal blood counts, red cell disorders,coagulation problems (haemostasis & thrombosis), transfusion issues, hematinic deficiencies and blood cancers including acute leukemias, chronic leukemias, myelodysplasia, lymphomas, myeloproliferative disorders and myeloma.

I am also a Principal Investigator for clinical trials in MDS (Myelodysplastic syndromes), AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia) and Multiple Myeloma.

Qualifications
MD, MRCP, FRCPath, MFMLM
Member of American Society of Hematology (ASH) & European Group for Blood & Marrow Transplantation (EBMT)
