Attending hospital can be a stressful experience for both parents and children, particularly for families travelling long distances. However, advice and support is available.

Patient Liaison Service (PALS)

At Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust we have an information and advice service for patients, their relatives, carers and visitors. This service is provided by the Patient Liaison Officer available 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday.  For further details click here. Patient Services

Patient services provides support and assistance to bereaved relatives and carers to help them through the necessary procedures following the death of a patient at the hospital. Infection control

Infections worry all of us and they can be complicated to understand. If you have any questions about infections in hospital, please ask the ward staff.
